An opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve in a full-time contract position within a school setting in Navarre, FL. The role involves working with elementary-aged students, supporting a caseload of approximately 45 children. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech and language evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress monitoring tailored to students’ individual needs.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with school district guidelines.
- Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices.
Qualifications:
- Active SLP credentials with certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required.
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with elementary school students is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to complete prescreen interviews as part of the selection process.
