Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are welcome
- Experience or comfort working in K–12 educational settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Adaptable to varying caseloads and student needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide therapy for students with communication disorders, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support educational outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
