Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among K-12 students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in individual and group settings
- Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to coordinate effective supports
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation for student records
