Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) as well as those with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience in a school setting highly regarded, but not required
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable with both onsite and hybrid service delivery
- Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload of approximately 40 students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver speech-language therapy to students grades K-5
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student learning
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Utilize your own therapy space for planning, sessions, and student engagement
- Participate in IEP meetings and school team initiatives
