School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Oroville, California

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Valid or eligible state licensure as an SLP
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly desired
- Experience supervising or mentoring SLPAs is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver individualized and group therapy sessions
- Engage in meaningful collaboration with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ needs
- Supervise and guide SLPAs, providing feedback and support
- Maintain thorough documentation of treatment plans and progress reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings and student support teams as required
