Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to students to support their communication and academic success.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to implement and monitor intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans.
Qualifications:
- Current Oregon State license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
- Experience working within school-based settings is highly valued.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and school staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently.
