A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide specialized support for students in grades K-12 within a dynamic school setting in Oregon City, OR. This contract role offers an opportunity to impact children’s communication development and academic success throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech and language assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for students across K-12.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective IEPs.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and student progress.
  • Participate in school meetings and professional development as required by the district.
  • Ensure compliance with state licensure requirements and school policies.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state license issued by the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working within a school environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with students, families, and staff.
  • Ability to manage caseloads and adapt therapy approaches to diverse student needs.

Location:

  • Position is based on-site in Oregon City, OR.
  • Services will span grade levels K-12.
