Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility in Indiana
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
Position Details:
- Full-time contract
- Engage with students Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
- Serve an elementary caseload, providing direct and indirect speech services
- Manage IEP documentation, progress monitoring, and parent/teacher consultation
- Travel between two school sites (within close proximity)
- Offer support in individual and group therapy settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success strategies
