School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Great Barrington, Massachusetts

Key Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as an SLP (CCC) or SLPA (or eligibility for licensure)
- Previous experience working in K-12 school settings is valued
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and educational best practices
- Excellent communication skills—for both student interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Flexible, adaptable, and responsive to changing student needs
- Commitment to cultural sensitivity and inclusivity
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students across age ranges
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation as required by the school and regulatory bodies
- Participate in eligibility, evaluation, and annual review meetings
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support services, and families
- Adapt services to both in-person and small group instruction based on caseload needs
