Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)

- Passion for working with middle and high school-aged students
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to assigned students, addressing a broad range of speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with school teams and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and evaluation reports
- Consult and collaborate with teachers and other educational staff to integrate communication goals within the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
- Support and mentor new grads as part of a collaborative environment
