Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP-CCC or eligibility for SLP-CFY
- State licensure (or eligibility) in Tennessee
- Experience with adolescent populations is preferred, but mentorship will be provided for new grads
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes and upholding professional ethics
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of middle and high school students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation in accordance with school and state standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and assist with the development of educational goals
- Adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of students
