Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous pediatric and school-based experience preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in writing effective goals, developing ARDs, and conducting comprehensive evaluations
- Skilled in supervising SLPAs; prior supervisory experience is a requirement
- Strong understanding of healthcare and educational documentation standards
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage an elementary school caseload, delivering direct therapy and intervention services
- Supervise and mentor SLPAs in alignment with program requirements
- Conduct formal evaluations, contribute to ARD/IEP meetings, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable communication goals for students
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, record-keeping, and service documentation
