Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver individualized speech therapy services aligned with educational goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state regulations
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and facilitate goal setting
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) status
- Experience or willingness to support school-age children (K-12) with diverse speech and language needs
- Ability to work full-time or part-time based on district requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff
Preferred Experience:
- Previous work in school settings or educational therapy
- Comfort working with new graduates and guiding Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
