School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Golden, CO
Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking three qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based opportunities in the Golden, Colorado area for the remainder of the 2026–2027 school year.
Both on-site and virtual (VocoVision) candidates will be considered. This is a great opportunity for SLPs who are passionate about helping students improve their communication skills in a supportive and collaborative educational environment.
Position Details
Location: Golden, CO
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: May 2027
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: Full-time opportunities (37.5 hours per week), with potential part-time availability
Setting: School-based, on-site or virtual
Grade Levels: Elementary, middle, and high school
Caseload: Varies based on student needs and a workload-based service model
Openings: 3 positions available
Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services to students with a variety of communication needs.
Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals.
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, parents, and other related service providers.
Participate in IEP meetings, monitor student progress, and maintain accurate documentation.
Support students in developing communication skills to improve their academic, social, and personal development.
Provide SLPA supervision when required by the assignment.
Qualifications
Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification required or currently in process.
ASHA certification preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will be considered.
Previous school-based speech therapy experience preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with students across various grade levels and educational needs.
