Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and/or eligibility in Arizona
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in working within school settings from early childhood to middle school
- Understanding of a variety of communication disorders and intervention approaches
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services and interventions to students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and participate in eligibility determinations
- Develop and implement IEP goals, track progress, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student success
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation as required by school and state guidelines
