Bilingual School Speech Pathology | Avondale, Arizona
Make a significant impact as a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive K-12 school environment near Avondale, AZ. The position offers a consistent 40-hour workweek throughout the school year, beginning August 6, 2026, and concluding May 27, 2027.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency and ability to deliver services in both English and another language
- Valid SLP licensure, ASHA CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
- Skilled in delivering comprehensive assessments, designing individualized plans, and implementing evidence-based therapy
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to K-12 students with a range of needs
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and success
- Maintain timely and accurate records compliant with federal, state, and district guidelines
- Focus solely on therapy-related duties within contracted hours—no bus, lunch, or pickup duties required
