- Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Demonstrated experience in school-based settings; familiarity with IEPs and collaborative educational practices
- Passion for helping students achieve communication and academic milestones
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Bilingual fluency (for bilingual role)
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to diverse student needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with student IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service providers
- Document progress and maintain timely, accurate records
- Provide consultation and support to school staff on speech/language issues
