Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Surprise, AZ

What we’re looking for:
- Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)
- Valid Arizona IVP Card required
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with K-8 students and adapting to varied caseloads
Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy services to students in grades K-8
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Supervise and partner with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
- Complete required documentation, progress reports, and IEP contributions in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development as needed
