Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain before start date
- Experience working with pediatric populations in a school environment
- Strong knowledge of assessment, intervention, and documentation practices for K-8 students
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams

- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver therapy to a diverse caseload of 50-60 students in preschool through middle school
- Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and families to maximize academic and social success
- Supervise and collaborate with the assigned SLPA, ensuring quality service delivery
- Maintain accurate records, progress monitoring, and compliance with federal and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning and goal setting
