Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Gilbert, AZ

Your expertise will ensure students continue receiving high-quality speech services without interruption. Enjoy a well-rounded week working five days on-site: spend two days with preschoolers, and devote the remaining days to a diverse caseload of students on the spectrum, focusing primarily on pragmatic language development. You’ll make a significant impact in the lives of 42 amazing students, collaborating closely with fellow educators and families who value your specialized skills.
What we’re seeking:
- Certified Speech Language Pathologist with an active ADE Certificate
- IVP FP card in hand (preferred)
- Previous in-school or pediatric SLP experience; understanding of pragmatic language in ASD populations highly valued
- Commitment to in-person, on-site services (remote options are not available for this role)
- Ability to cover a full-time 40-hour/week schedule
Your key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to preschool and K-12 students
- Assess, document, and monitor student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement effective IEPs
- Consult with teachers and families to support ongoing communication and language goals
