Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Gig Harbor, WA

This full-time contract opportunity calls for two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to serve across two elementary campuses for the entire 2026-2027 school year. Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Valid Washington State SLP license
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
- OSPI fingerprint clearance
- Demonstrated experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred
- Deep commitment to helping students succeed academically and socially
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services for students with speech, language, and communication needs across two elementary campuses
- Manage a caseload typically ranging from 48-60 students, ensuring each student’s IEP goals are met
- Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress in compliance with all state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and support teams to advance student success
- Engage in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to each student’s educational journey
- Provide in-person therapy, evaluations, and consultations exclusively at assigned school sites
