Bring your expertise as a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) to students in diverse school settings across York, Adams, and Franklin counties, PA. Multiple contract positions are now available with flexible schedule options, all requiring in-person services. Roles range from part-time to full-time, offering caseloads that target a variety of student needs—academic support, transition planning, augmentative communication, and more.
Opportunities include:
- High school SLP (grades 9-12, focus on transition goals), 2.5 days/week through May 2027
- Full-time SLP for K-1st with autistic support and elementary caseloads (35 hrs/week, through May 2027)
- Two part-time or one full-time elementary SLP roles focusing exclusively on autistic support and AAC users, including AAC evaluation
- Maternity leave coverage (Nov 15-Jan 15) in regular ed Kindergarten-3rd grade classrooms, up to 35 hours/week
- SLP with Franklin Learning Center, supporting students with complex needs, all related service, strong collaboration with OT and PT, full-time
Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP-CCC license in Pennsylvania
- Current teaching certification
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Comfortable providing services in-person within elementary and/or secondary schools
- Strong skills in working with AAC users and/or students with autism or complex needs
- Team-oriented mindset, especially for positions involving multidisciplinary collaboration
- Resume and all certifications must be submitted prior to onboarding
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language services according to IEPs
- Conduct evaluations, develop and document progress
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student communication goals
- Implement AAC assessments and recommendations as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings; manage case files where indicated
