Key Qualifications:
- Current California SLP licensure/certification required
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
- Ability to manage a varied caseload, including both in-school and home-based students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to in-person services
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a caseload of 8 students (6 on-site, 2 Home Hospital)
- Provide consultative support to 3 SDC classes
- Conduct 40–50 assessments annually, interpreting data to guide student support
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
