Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Galt, CA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution is required
- Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Open to both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced SLPs
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged clients highly valued
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary group
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language concerns
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans targeting specific communication goals
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions focusing on a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Carefully document student progress and therapy outcomes
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, educators, and staff to ensure well-rounded care
- Educate and involve families in the therapy process, supporting carryover and engagement at home
