Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Fremont, CA

Qualifications:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license (California)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in working within a school setting
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for PK-5th grade students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Offer direct therapy services both individually and in group settings
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student progress
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Serve as a resource and advocate for speech-language development
