Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in SLP, or eligibility for CFs
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Adaptability to work with diverse caseloads and student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on student assessments
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families
- Support inclusive education and student advocacy within the school community
