School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Franklinton, North Carolina

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, active North Carolina SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
- Prior experience in K-12 school settings highly beneficial
- Proficient working with assistive listening technology
- Willingness and eligibility to supervise SLPAs if necessary
- Voco (virtual) SLP candidates will not be considered
- Flexible to manage caseload assignments, specific numbers based on professional background
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to students following IEPs
- Assess, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to foster student success
- Complete required documentation, progress reports, and IEP paperwork in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Mentor and supervise SLPAs if assigned—a supervisory mindset and commitment to professional oversight is essential
- Engage in team meetings, contribute to student evaluations, and implement evidence-based practices
