School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Franklinton, North Carolina

Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state of North Carolina (NC)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
- Prior experience in educational settings, specifically with school-age populations
- Proficiency in working with assistive listening technologies
- Must be able and willing to supervise SLPAs if needed
- Demonstrated effectiveness in collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Utilize assistive listening technology to enhance student outcomes
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize academic environments for students
- Provide supervision and mentorship to SLPAs where applicable
- Maintain detailed service delivery records in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
- Participate in ongoing professional learning and team meetings
