Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Franklin, WI

Ideal qualifications include:
- Current or pending state licensure/certification in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status
- Background in pediatric and/or school-based SLP services
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with teachers, families, and support staff
- Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and reporting requirements
As a valued SLP in this role, your core responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct therapy sessions to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Developing treatment plans and setting appropriate goals to address identified needs
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to team planning
