Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain Massachusetts licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) – preferred
- Prior experience in school-based settings is a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt effectively in new environments
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and relevant reports
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Facilitate communication skills that support students’ academic and social well-being
