A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide services within a K-12 school setting in Fortson, GA. This contract position spans the current school year (CSY), with an immediate start and assignment through May 21st, 2026.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy to students across K-12.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines.
  • Adapt caseload and therapy methods based on student needs and clinical judgment.

Qualifications:

  • Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist License.
  • Valid Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) Educator certification.
  • Candidates in Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) will be considered.
  • Experience working in school settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Work Details:

  • Location: Fortson, GA within a K-12 educational environment.
  • Schedule: Flexible hours ranging from part-time to full-time, up to 37.5 hours per week.
  • Caseload assignments will be based on the candidate’s credentials and district requirements.
