Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility for state licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate
- Strong passion for working with school-aged children and collaborating within educational settings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior school and pediatric experience preferred but not required
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication skills
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Track progress and maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
