Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible state licensure/certification for practice
- CCC-SLP strongly preferred; consideration for Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Experience or a genuine interest in pediatrics and school-based services
- Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans within school guidelines
- Provide direct therapy to students, individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Maintain accurate documentation, track progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer guidance and resources to teachers and caregivers on strategies for student success
