Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status accepted
  • Previous experience working in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and work effectively in a multidisciplinary setting

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide interventions for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other education professionals
  • Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to students, teachers, and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely student records, progress notes, and documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff discussions, and required trainings
  • Offer support and resources to teachers and caregivers to facilitate optimal student outcomes
