Assignments are available at Palmetto Ridge High, Pinecrest and Lake Trafford Elementary in Immokalee, Highlands Elementary, and Golden Terrace in Golden Gate City, with the possibility to combine locations for a full-time position.
Desired Experience & Credentials:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license through the Florida Department of Health (SLP-CCC or eligibility)
- Proven success providing therapy to K-12 students in school-based settings
- Experience evaluating, developing, and implementing IEP goals and treatment plans
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
- Adaptability to work across different campuses and age groups, as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students from kindergarten through high school
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and document progress
- Contribute to IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and accommodations
- Coordinate services with educators, support staff, and administrators
