Qualifications
- Active Florida Department of Health Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly desirable
- Proven ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills
- Availability to complete fingerprint clearance; familiarity with the AHCA Clearinghouse is a plus
- Flexible to work up to 35 hours weekly within standard school hours
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and work collaboratively on IEP teams
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation
- Liaise with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Participate in staff meetings, consultations, and professional development as appropriate
