Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Texas SLP license (or eligibility, with active license required by start)
- Open to SLP-CCC and CFY candidates
- Comfortable working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech and language disorders in the school environment
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Provide therapy sessions and monitor progress to support student success
- Participate in meetings and professional development as needed
