Available Opportunities:
Compensatory Services SLP (Travel Required):
- Deliver compensatory speech-language therapy across multiple school locations (PreK–12th grade)
- Enjoy a manageable, balanced caseload and take ownership of completing all compensatory service needs
- Travel between sites required for the duration of the assignment, with summer services scheduled June 1–30
Elementary School-Based SLP:
- Serve as the onsite SLP at one elementary location, supporting a caseload of 45–55 students (PreK–6th grade)
- Effectively document services using the Paddynet platform and maintain strong, clear communication with families and staff
Elementary SLPs for Next School Year:
- Join a dedicated school as the onsite SLP, working with PreK–5th grade students and a caseload of 45–55
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams, with detailed documentation through Paddynet
Middle School SLPs (6th–8th Grade):
- Onsite at one middle school, manage a caseload of 45–55 students in grades 6–8
- Lead scheduling through Google Calendar, coordinate IEP meetings and parent conferences, and maintain accurate records of evaluations, eligibilities, IEPs, and data
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Proficiency with scheduling and communication tools (Google Calendar, email, phone, school communication systems)
- Expertise in documenting progress, evaluations, and IEPs using digital platforms such as Paddynet
- Exceptional ability to foster relationships with students, parents, teachers, and staff
