A contracted Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC certification is needed to provide services at an elementary school in Fishers, IN. This leave replacement position requires 16-20 hours per week from March 30th through May 29th, supporting students in grades K-4.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 72 students requiring speech-language services
- Serve as the Therapist of Service (TOS) responsible for 13 case conferences
- Prepare progress reports and handle Medicaid billing accurately and timely
- Collaborate with two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs): one assisting four days per week and another one day per week
- No evaluations expected during this contract period
Qualifications/Experience:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Experience working with elementary-aged students (K-4) preferred
- Ability to complete progress reports, attend case conferences, and manage Medicaid billing processes
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively with support staff
