Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Federal Way, WA

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Washington SLP licensure or willingness to secure prior to start
- Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate, or ability to obtain
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- SLP-CCC credential required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable supporting students within behavior programs
- Must complete fingerprinting through OSPI
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload, focusing on individualized goals
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to monitor and support student progress
- Participate in team meetings and support the school’s behavior program as needed
- Ensure compliance with school, state, and federal regulations
