Please note, this position is for Speech-Language Pathologists only; SLPA supervision is not part of this role.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathology license (state of Washington)
  • Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Previous experience in schools or Early Childhood settings preferred
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, specialists, and families
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Thoughtful approach to managing caseloads and documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
  • Deliver therapy services directly to students—individually and in small groups
  • Engage families and educators to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and compliance with IEP requirements
  • Participate in team meetings and staff development sessions
