School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Puyallup, Washington

Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license (state of Washington)
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience in schools or Early Childhood settings preferred
- Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, specialists, and families
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Thoughtful approach to managing caseloads and documentation
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Deliver therapy services directly to students—individually and in small groups
- Engage families and educators to support student progress
- Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and compliance with IEP requirements
- Participate in team meetings and staff development sessions
