This opportunity is for a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist serving students in grades 3 through 5 who have speech and language impairments. The position is located in Columbia, TN, and is based in a school setting with in-person responsibilities. The role involves working approximately 10 to 15 hours per week directly with students to support their speech and language development.

Key Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
  • Experience or certification in school-based speech-language pathology (SLP - School)
  • Ability to plan and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students and educational staff

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for students in grades 3 to 5
  • Deliver targeted therapy interventions tailored to individual student needs
  • Monitor and document student progress regularly
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student success
  • Maintain compliance with school and regulatory policies regarding speech therapy services
