Key Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) considered
- Recent experience working in schools or educational settings is highly recommended
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
- Genuine enthusiasm for fostering student growth and success
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive onsite speech and language therapy services to elementary students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct thorough assessments and create targeted treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student learning
- Maintain detailed student records and progress notes in compliance with district guidelines
- Communicate regularly with families and staff regarding student progress
- Serve as a resource for school community regarding speech and language development
