Qualifications:
- Hold an active North Carolina SLP license
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) considered
- Previous experience working in schools or educational settings highly recommended
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Adept at collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Administer standardized assessments and interpret results for educational planning
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services and student progress
- Engage with families to support carryover of strategies and successful growth beyond school walls
