Required Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

- Strong communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills
- Flexibility to work with a variety of students and adapt to their individual needs
- Commitment to fostering inclusion and supporting student achievement
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy minutes to students, shaping their speech and language skills
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop and update goals
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, sharing insights and advocating for your students
- Manage a caseload of speech-only students under your care, providing consistent, supportive case management
- Coordinate with teachers, families, and school staff to implement effective interventions
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
