What We’re Looking For:
- Active Virginia SLP license required

- Flexibility to adapt to different age groups and assignment types
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring services to students across a variety of grade levels (specific caseload and school assignments determined upon placement)
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Support students’ social, academic, and functional communication skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate recommendations to families and educators
- Offer both direct and consultative speech services, adapting delivery to student needs
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation
