Speech and Language Pathologist - Fairhope, AL
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for an elementary school setting in Fairhope, AL, for a contract duration through the current school year. This role focuses on supporting students from kindergarten through 5th grade with speech and language development needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to K-5 students.
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school policies.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license registered with the Board of Speech Examiners.
- Experience working with children in an elementary school setting preferred.
- Knowledge of speech-language pathology best practices for pediatric populations.

- Ability to pass prescreen interviews as part of the credentialing process.
