We’re seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) who are dedicated to making a lasting impact in the school setting. This full-time, onsite contract role runs from August 11, 2026, through June 6, 2027, conveniently situated near Fairfield, CA.
As an SLP in this role, you’ll have your choice of dynamic caseloads designed to match your interests and expertise:
- 1.0 FTE at one site serving two Special Day Classes (High and Post-Secondary): Intensive and Mild/Moderate needs.
- 1.0 FTE split between two sites, focusing on middle school Intensive and Mild/Moderate needs (0.6 FTE), plus elementary grades (0.4 FTE).
- 1.0 FTE at one site working within a Mild/Moderate program for grades TK-5.
Your background should include:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active California SLP license and CCC credential.
- School-based SLP experience preferred.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Familiarity with IEP process and special day class environments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging direct therapy and evaluations to students according to IEP requirements.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student success.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to IEP meetings.
- Providing expertise in communication supports within intensive and mild/moderate settings.
