Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Fairfax, VA

We are seeking three Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide quality services across multiple school assignments, with flexibility to match your interests and career stage—whether you are an experienced clinician, a Clinical Fellow (CFY), or considering a role in pediatric and school-based settings.
This contract opportunity starts August 24, 2026 and runs through June 4, 2027, offering up to 37.5 hours per week. With options for both long-term and maternity leave coverage, you’ll interact with students in diverse age groups while working alongside passionate educators. Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Virginia SLP license required
- CCC-SLP or in pursuit of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Prior experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare settings strongly preferred
- Comfortable managing diverse caseloads across multiple sites (number of assigned schools will be determined)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide speech-language therapy to students according to IEPs or identified needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document all services and progress in accordance with school and state requirements
- Adapt therapy approaches for individual and group settings as needed
- Participate in meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
