You’ll be part of a collaborative environment dedicated to student success, utilizing your expertise and creativity to make a lasting difference. This opportunity begins August 17, 2026, and concludes June 12, 2027, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule totaling 35 hours each week.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Virginia SLP license (required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates under supervision
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Strong assessment, therapy planning, and documentation skills
- Collaborative spirit and excellent communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech-language assessment and intervention to students, individually and in group settings
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining compliance with district and state requirements
- Engage with staff and families to promote generalization of skills and advocate for student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, consultation, and ongoing professional development
