- Experience in pediatric speech-language evaluation and therapy, particularly within school settings
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and evaluations for PreK-12 students with diverse speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate session notes, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with school district guidelines
- Communicate empathetically with students, parents, and educational staff
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support students’ unique needs
